Our Team:

Suzana Frasheri – Founder/Executive Director

 – Ms Frasheri graduated from University of Tirana, Faculty of Law in 1994. She holds an LL.M. from Washington College of Law, American University in Washington D.C. (1999), a Masters of Busines Administration from Robert H Smith School of Business of the University of Maryland (2010) and a Masters in Intellectual Property Law and Management from CEIPI, University of Strasbourg, France (2015). Ms Frasheri has over 15 years of experience in the United States with a focus on corporate law and IP litigation in the US federal court system. Ms Frasheri has worked for top law firms in the United States, notably Covington & Burling LLP, Hogan Lovells, Dentons and has been an adjunct professor at Georgetown University where she taught Advanced Litigation and Trial Practice with a focus on US IP litigation system. She has been taken continuous trainings in UK, Denmark, Geneva/Switzerland and US.
Currently Ms Frasheri is a lawyer in Tirana, Albania, specialized on corporate law and patents, trademarks, copyright and industrial design.

Fatmir Shehu, PhD – Adviser

  Professor Shehu has been awarded 2 times with “PRICE OF REPUBLIC” , one time with “First Class Working Order” . He was also nominated and awarded based on their scientific activity as “International man of year 1999/2000” from IBC (international Biographic Center)-Cambridge England.  He holds the Doctorate Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Tirana and has been a lecturer for many years at the University of Tirana concerning the physic-chemistry of drilling mud and cement technology. He has published a lots of technical articles (more than -80) in national and international magazines and six technical and academic books and more than 71 articles in more outstanding newspapers of Albania . To this end, hiw works are compiled and finished in more than 165 studies which are deposited in Oil and Gas Institute of Albania .  He was for a long period the member of advisory board of Oil&Gas Journal of Albania and the member of SPE (Adriatic Section). From 1970 and later he is trained in many oil&gas industrial countries as follows: Rumania, Hungary, China, Italy, France, Iraq, Algeria, Greece, Yugoslavia, Turkey etc. He has presented a material for abnormal pressures in Albania to the 10-th World Oil & Gas Congress and two materials in Mediterranean Petroleum Conference and Exhibition in Libya. 

Riza Aleti, PhD – Adviser

Dr Aleti is a graduate of the University of Tirana 

With over 30 years experience in research, scientific and didactic in the field of oil, water, gas, environment, energy engineering etc. and one of the most distinguished professors in Albania, Mr Aleti is the author and co-author of 7 textbooks and over 20 scientific articles published in scientific journals worldwide.
